A quiet neighborhood built around the pool, the common green, and the people who look after both.
The Association
Woodmeadow is self-managed. The board is a handful of residents who volunteer their evenings to keep the pool open, the common areas mowed, and the covenants applied evenly.
There's no front desk and no call center — which is exactly why this site exists. One place to ask, and a request that doesn't disappear into somebody's inbox.
Amenities
Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, included with your annual dues. The pool house is available for neighborhood gatherings and the occasional birthday party.
Can we help you?
Four questions account for nearly every message the board gets. If yours is one of them, the answer is a click away.
A question, a problem in a common area, or a request for help.
When it's open, what access costs, and how to replace a lost key.
The amount, when it's due, and what it pays for.
The recorded rules that apply to every property here.
Board members are volunteers with jobs and families. An email to one of them can sit unread for a week while they're travelling, and the rest of the board never knows it arrived. Anything sent through this site is logged, visible to every board member, and stays on the list until somebody resolves it.
